In Watch_Dogs, this system is called the Central Operating System (CTOS) – and it controls almost every piece of the city’s technology and holds key information on all of the city’s residents.

- You can skip downloading of selective files : " In example, if you want to launch the game with English UI/Subtitles/Voiceovers - skip all “selective” files, but download ’fg-selective-speech-english.bin’ & ZIP archive."
If you have black screen and crash at start up screen, here is the fix:
1. Delete the "bin" folder in the game's install location.
2. Download and extract - https://www1.zippyshare.com/v/mo0OyNHr/file.html (Google Drive removed for now)
3. Paste the "bin" folder from download, in the game's install location.
The repack is based on the ISO-images Watch.Dogs-RELOADED and Watch.Dogs.Bad.Blood.DLC-RELOADED: 22 and 3.3 GB respectively
Installed all the updates up to v1.06.329
